Welcome back, Below Deck Mediterranean fans! Last week, Nathan finally learned the truth about his sheets. Likewise, Gen finally learned that Luke was a player. Meanwhile, Luke gaslit Gen to the best of his abilities, which Joy beautifully called him out for. This storyline, of course, continues on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 11 Episode 7.
What happened in Below Deck Mediterranean Season 11 Episode 7?
Joy and Aesha have their hands full with their most demanding charter guests yet. The deck team also has a lot to contend with, thanks to a health scare that threatens to sideline Cooper. Additionally, Nathan is still struggling to forgive Luke. Cue a VERY stressful week for every department on the M/Y Akira One.
Captain Sandy writes Luke up

Suzanne, the primary, Sugar Baby, the co-primary (her dog), and Amy, the returning matchmaker from Season 10, all settle into the yacht. Within minutes, Suzanne and Sugar Baby make their needs known, right as Amy also tries to pull Aesha aside for a strategic chat. Amy “needs to control every little detail,” Aesha remembers. So this might be a very long charter for her team.
But also for Joy. Suzanne filled out a two-page-long preference sheet. “Even the dog has preferences. I know the doggy didn’t type that,” Joy hysterically sighs.
The six “bachelor boys,” as Nathan calls them, come aboard. Shortly after, in the wheelhouse, Nathan coughs and sighs. When pressed by Captain Sandy, Nathan tells her what Luke did to his sheets. Captain Sandy is, understandably, horrified.
So, while Suzanne meets her potential suitors, Captain Sandy pulls out her phone, looking to see if any replacement deckhands might be available. Sadly, there are not. But as Norma from yacht services promises, she “will start looking.”
Aesha thinks Billy the suitor “is so annoying.” But everyone likes Will. Luke, however, does not like being in the hot seat. But when he complains to Joy about that, she fails to care, letting him know, “Okay, I have bigger fish to take care of.”
Right after, Captain Sandy calls Luke to the bridge. “This is a serious offense,” she tells him. Therefore, she has to write a report about this, which “other captains will see.” For now, though, at least while she writes this report, his job is safe.
Cooper experiences a life-threatening allergic reaction

Captain Sandy checks in with Joe. His mom is moving forward with her cancer journey. He is in awe of the support Captain Sandy has lent them both in the past two weeks.
Upstairs, the guests sit for their French-themed dinner. Suzanne calls her first course, prepared by an actual French chef, “a miss for me.” Speaking of “a miss,” the guests play a Q&A-style card game. During this game, Kurt, one of the men, admits his disdain for how nontraditional women “are acting now.”
In the galley, Gen, Aesha, and Kat cringe. When the main dish arrives, Suzanne takes a bite and hates that too. Moving forward, she tells one of the men, she might need to lower her expectations. WE RIDE AT DAWN FOR JOY. WHO’S WITH ME?
Later that night, Billy heads to his cabin and makes a hornball phone call to someone named “Baby.” Gen overhears. “I hate men,” Gen says.
In the morning, Cooper heads to the galley for a bite. Right after, he starts having an allergic reaction. He is “highly allergic to peanuts,” which he accidentally just consumed. Nathan calls Captain Sandy, who quickly calls for a medic.
Joy grows emotional. Suzanne has put her through the wringer. “And now, Cooper is about to die.” She feels like a “sh*t chef,” she cries. But thankfully, the medic clears Cooper shortly after.
Kat also cries. She really likes Cooper. Luke enters the galley and finds Joy still in distress several beats later. He offers her a hug, which Joy appreciates.
Is Luke quitting Below Deck Med Season 11?

Aesha and Nathan send Kayley and Joe off on a horseback riding excursion with the guests. But before they depart, Suzanne enters the galley for a quick chat with Joy. She tears apart everything Joy planned for their dinner. Joy quickly pivots.
While horseback riding, one of the men, Brian, gets sick. They cut things short to get him back to the boat. In their cabin, Luke struggles with Nathan. Nathan remains dumbfounded by Luke’s actions, so he is honestly not sure how to move forward with Luke either.
Kayley and Joe remain on the same page at least. Finally, Joe has a nontoxic boatmance on Below Deck Med. They link arms in their sprinter van, giggling, which Suzanne happily clocks.
Nathan and Luke awkwardly ride together to collect their guests from the shore. Feeling dejected, Luke finds Joy as soon as he gets back on board. She hugs him, but Luke remains in a funk.
In his talking head, Luke asks, “If Nathan is still this ferocious and visceral with me a day and a half afterwards, after a hundred apologies have been said, can the charter season even go back to normal?” He then answers his own question, admitting, “I don’t think so.” Luke radios for Captain Sandy. As the music escalates, Luke heads to the bridge, where he tells Captain Sandy, “I think the best thing for me is to leave.”
Naturally, Episode 7 ends on a TO BE CONTINUED note.
Below Deck Mediterranean continues Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Peacock.
