‘DWTS’ Brian Austin Green Slammed For Hurting Sharna, Reflects

Sharna Burgess has hit the stage on Dancing with the Stars during its latest season. However, her fiancé Brian Austin Green recently came under fire for comments concerning her. The actor even got a response from some series alumni. Following this, Green recently shared a message.

Dancing with the Stars returned for Season 35 back in September. Sharna Burgess returned to the lineup after a five-year hiatus. During the season, she has been paired with The Bachelorette runner-up Tyler Cameron.

Back in 2023, Burgess announced that she was engaged to actor Brian Austin Green. The couple was also famously paired together when Green competed on Dancing with the Stars back in Season 30.

Green has shown support for Burgess career in the past. Previously, he had even called the show out for allegedly “snubbing” her. However, Green later sparked controversy after sharing that he felt “lonely” while Sharna is working on the show.

Kaitlyn Bristowe Discussed Green’s Post During Her Podcast

Back in late September, Green reflected on going to the movies by himself. At the time, he wrote, “Just haven’t had a good couple days and I think it’s important to share that we have a lot of great days, and then some days you have? Not so much. But we persevere.”

The share later elicited various responses, including other series alumni. Season 29 champ Kaitlyn Bristowe discussed the remarks on an episode of her Off the Vine podcast. She shared, “He was saying how hard it is that Sharna’s not there with him every day and she’s with [partner Tyler Cameron] every day. I was like, ‘Oh my God.’ I feel like he humiliated her on social media, made her feel bad.”

As Bristowe continued, “He was basically saying, ‘You’re never home. I am all alone. And you’re spending every day with Tyler.’”

In a later update on Instagram, Green apologized for his comments. At the time, he shared, “Baby, Tyler, I couldn’t be sorrier for any distraction I have caused,” he said. “I have just horribly tainted that experience. I’m incredibly lonely. I am just going through a lot.”

What is your reaction to this recent discussion? Have you been following this story? Are you keeping up with Dancing with the Stars‘ Season 35? Make sure you come back to TV Shows Ace for all the latest reality TV and celebrity news.
