Eminem’s Ex-Wife Kim Scott Arrested AGAIN Following Alleged DUI Car Crash

Kim Scott is facing more legal trouble just days after appearing in court over a previous crash. Eminem’s ex-wife was reportedly arrested again this week after allegedly hitting another parked vehicle near Detroit.

According to TMZ, Scott was taken into custody on Wednesday night and later booked on a suspected DUI charge at the Macomb County Jail in Michigan.

Eminem’s ex Kim Scott popped by police again

Chesterfield Township Police Detective Sergeant Joseph Feld Scott told TMZ the incident happened around 9:20 p.m. in the 21 Mile area near Detroit. Authorities alleged Scott struck a parked car, though no injuries were reported.

Police have not publicly confirmed where Scott was driving to or coming from at the time of the alleged accident. TMZ later reported she had already been released from custody by Thursday morning.

The timing of the arrest immediately raised eyebrows because Scott had only appeared in court earlier this week connected to a separate crash from February.

During Monday’s hearing, Scott reportedly pleaded no contest to impaired driving and failure to report an accident. That earlier incident allegedly happened while she was driving her teenage son, Parker, and several of his friends shopping.

Authorities claimed Scott hit a parked vehicle in her neighborhood before driving home instead of stopping at the scene. According to reports, she later crashed into her own garage door after arriving back at the house.

Bodycam footage from the February incident reportedly showed officers administering a breathalyzer test while also discovering bottles allegedly containing soda mixed with alcohol inside the vehicle.

Scott was transported to a hospital after the crash with what were described as minor injuries.

Her sentencing tied to the February case is currently scheduled for June. However, it remains unclear whether the latest arrest could affect those proceedings moving forward.

Scott and Eminem (whose real name is Marshall Mathers), famously had one of the messiest celebrity relationships of the early 2000s. The pair first married in 1999 before divorcing two years later. They briefly reconciled and remarried in 2006, though the second marriage lasted only a few months.

The former couple share three children, including daughter Hailie Jade, who has since built a large public following of her own.
