Is Andy Cohen going to leave his post as The Traitors US reunion host and jump in as a competitor? He has so much fun getting into the shows as well as the nitty-gritty, so is that next on the horizon? Keep reading for more detail as to what he has up his sleeve.
Andy Cohen Would Be In Good Company
Bravo stars have a great time when they are on The Traitors, and they are often well-received. Former RHONY star Dorinda Medley was the first person “murdered” in Season 3, but viewers wanted more from her. Therefore, she was brought back the following season and fared far better. RHONJ Dolores Catania won her season, and Real Housewives just try to have the best time. At the end of it all, Andy Cohen comes in and helps to host the reunion. However, would he step back and play the game rather than ask the pressing questions?

As it turns out, Andy has never been asked to be on the show. However, if they ever did ask him to compete on The Traitors, he believes he would lose the reunion hosting privilege. That seems to be something he prefers to do over the possibility of being a traitor or a faithful. Finally, Andy firmly believes that he would be eliminated right out of the gate. Therefore, casting him would be a waste:
“But also, I think I would be such a target, and I’ve produced competition reality shows, so I don’t know who would want me on their cast.”
Now, The Traitors will be returning, but not with any reality stars or D-list celebrities. Rather, they will have everyday people competing. Whether or not Andy Cohen will be hosting the reunion, or if there will be a reunion, is up in the air.
Make Andy Stop
Although Andy Cohen seems to get a rush out of hosting The Traitors reunions, viewers do not care for her. They feel that she is not invested in the reality show; thus, he does not know how to properly ask questions or engage with the cast:
- Andy isn’t a great reunion host for traitors because he clearly isn’t invested in it. It also doesn’t help that half the cast just comes to the reunion to be sore losers and attack the people who outplayed them
- I don’t think he watches the show. He probably just watches highlights and any dramatic moments that were in that season. I really wish they’d get a host that was an actual fan of the show and didn’t ask such stupid questions.
