Some new reports reveal that shortly after the former WWE wrestler Hulk Hogan’s death, his daughter Brooke Hogan contacted the Clearwater Police Department to ask about her father’s autopsy.
The 71-year-old died on July 24, 2025, suffering a cardiac attack at his home in Clearwater, Florida.

Reports reveal that Brooke called the police department to push for an official autopsy. Brooke revealed that she was heavily concerned about her father’s recent medical situation and cited unconfirmed news of his “botched” surgery.
Days after she went public with her suspicions, the Clearwater Police Department reportedly called Brooke for a meeting. In June 2026, the police department officially closed the investigation almost a year after the WWE champion’s death. The 72-page report details Brooke’s communications with the department. The report says that Hogan’s wife, Sky, was present at home during Hulk’s death. She is the one who called 911 and gave CPR to the former wrestler. Brooke also expressed her anxiety about cremation being performed by Hulk’s wife without giving time for an official autopsy.
Authorities officially ruled Hulk’s passing a natural death caused by a heart attack (acute myocardial infarction) compounded by chronic lymphocytic leukemia and atrial fibrillation, explicitly stating there was zero evidence of foul play or criminal medical malpractice.
During shocking interviews on “The Bubba The Love Sponge Show,” Brooke revealed that an independent autopsy was finally done, but only after Hulk’s body had been embalmed. Fans pointed out on social media that an autopsy done after embalming may not give accurate results.
Brooke also claims that she was entirely banned from viewing the autopsy report. She also said that relevant paperwork is deliberately being withheld because they contain damning information about her father’s death.
