Welcome to The Real Housewives of Miami Season 7 Episode 8 recap. Last time, Stephanie repeatedly needled Alexia about her estranged husband, Todd Nepola’s, alleged narcissism. And Guerdy publicly shamed Julia. Here’s what happened in RHOM Season 7 Episode 8: “Dueling Yachts.”
What happened in Real Housewives of Miami Season 7 Episode 8?
Julia started to question Adriana’s feelings towards her. And RHOM alum Dr. Nicole Martin popped by for lunch with Guerdy. She also weighed in on the drama with Julia. Meanwhile, the ladies stayed on two yachts for a dramatic overnight trip.

The next day, Julia told her wife, Martina Navratilova, how upset she was by Guerdy’s actions. Then Julia shared how Adriana suggested that Julia and Guerdy try to talk out their differences. In her confessional, Julia said, “After having time to think about why Adriana didn’t follow me, I’m starting to think that there is some kind of resentment towards me because my friends are Marysol and Alexia.”
However, Julia admitted that she did go back in. Cue the flashback! She asked Guerdy why she showed the text messages. “You promised and said to me, ‘Guerdy, what I will do’ … You’re not listening. What are you here for?” Guerdy asked, as Julia requested that Guerdy stop putting her finger near her face.
Stephanie’s home is under construction in RHOM Season 7
Stephanie brought Larsa to see her new home, which is under construction. Masoud Shojaee, Stephanie’s husband, built the house with his ex-wife. Masoud and Stephanie lived in a condo. When Masoud wanted to move back into the 22,000 square foot home, Stephanie only had one condition. That she could completely gut it. So, someday soon, Stephanie will have a 1,000 square foot closet with one wall for her Birkins. All will be right in the world.
Meanwhile, Larsa and Kiki planned an overnight yacht trip before Guerdy’s Celebration of Life event. After that went to hell, Kiki and Larsa booked a second yacht. However, hashing out which RHOM cast members can bunk with each other was a major headache. So, Lisa, Guerdy, and Adriana will stay on Kiki’s yacht, while Larsa’s yacht will have Julia, Alexia, Stephanie, and Marysol.
Welcome back to RHOM, Nicole!
My favorite RHOM alum, Nicole, met with Guerdy for lunch. Nicole’s daughter, Genevieve, with her fiancé, Anthony Lopez, is healthy and doing well. She was born around six weeks premature, and Nicole had to leave the hospital without her.
“Nicole has gone through a lot. You know, the sudden passing of her father,” Guerdy noted in her confessional. “And I know that she’s still going through post-partum.”
Meanwhile, Stephanie dated Anthony two decades ago, so Nicole would like to meet her. So, Guerdy dialed up Stephanie so that she could chat with Nicole. The two hit it off, but Nicole had some concerns about Stephanie and Alexia getting along. Then Guerdy told Nicole how Stephanie wanted to come in and hear Guerdy’s side of the story at her party, but Alexia scolded her. Nicole admitted that she doesn’t understand the blind loyalties in the group.
“Am I proud of the way I acted at my party? Would I have done this as a first-choice option?” Guerdy remarked in her confessional. “Of course not.” She added that she “tried every other way with everyone” to persuade them to listen to her feelings.
Plus, Nicole wondered why there was “a big shift with Julia.” Both ladies noted that Julia has been spending time with Marysol and Alexia instead of Adriana.

In her confessional, Alexia said, “No hard feelings, but I’d probably rather not be on the boat with Stephanie. Is it too soon to throw someone underboard?” Well, Alexia doesn’t have to worry because Stephanie is taking a trip to Canada with Masoud.
Of course, Kiki revealed that Marysol refused to be on the same yacht with Adriana. Once the yachts were at sea, they were tied together. As soon as Adriana was tipsy, Kiki realized that spilling the beans about Marysol was a mistake. After all, Adriana shaded Marysol’s “zero talents” and “damn dry knees.”
Meanwhile, on Larsa’s boat, Alexia called out Stephanie for previously saying that she “barks.” She then compared Stephanie to a “chihuahua,” and called herself a “rottweiler.” Stephanie replied, “I’m more like a wolf.” Not to be outdone, Alexia said she was “more like a lion.”
Then Adriana and Marysol started to yell at each other across the side of the boats. “Marysol, you’re the one that induces the craziness!” Adriana exclaimed. She finished their spicy exchange with, “F*ck off, you old whore!” WOW. Stephanie was thrilled when her boat arrived to whisk her away to Masoud.
When Julia and Adriana were alone, Julia asked her why she didn’t leave Guerdy’s event with her. Adriana explained that she didn’t “condone” Guerdy’s actions, but someone needed to “mediate.” Then Adriana brought up how Julia didn’t defend her when Alexia and Marysol called her “a liar” when they were in New York.
In her confessional, Adriana said, “To me, putting receipts on a wall is more benign than throwing a glass of water in somebody’s face. But God forbid Julia gets called out about anything.” Julia continued to bash Guerdy, calling her behavior “perverted and deranged.” Then, Julia asked Adriana to defend her if Guerdy made any digs.

At dinner, Lisa suggested that the ladies make positive comments about each other. So, Lisa picked Julia and Guerdy. Guerdy acknowledged Julia’s “compassionate heart.” Then Julia complimented Guerdy’s party-planning skills. However, Julia dropped the ball and stated that she “cannot hide her emotions.” Julia informed Guerdy that she believed that they were moving forward. However, Guerdy reminded Julia about how she broke their pact at Alexia’s party.
Finally, Julia explained that she asked Daniel the question about forgiving Guerdy because he was present to offer his self-help expertise. Guerdy explained that she took it “a different way” and she “felt like she had to react” in that way at her party.
Next, Alexia weighed in on Guerdy showing the texts. “Nobody here thinks what you did was okay,” Alexia stated. “How is it affecting you?” Guerdy asked Alexia. “I’m not saying sorry for it.” She added, “It was a reaction to what I felt was a betrayal again.”
Meanwhile, Julia was upset because Adriana was at the bar. “It’s a bigger priority for Adriana right now to open a bottle of wine than defend me,” Julia said in a confessional. Pretty much.
“The way that you did it doesn’t feel like you care about any of us,” Alexia stated. “You could do the same thing to me, Guerdy.” Guerdy replied, “She could throw water at you, too,” referring to Julia. Truth! Finally, Guerdy asked if Julia wanted a conversation in private. She does, but right now, the feelings are “too raw.”
The next morning, Larsa, Alexia, and Marysol called Stephanie. When the newbie made a joke about “the rottweiler,” Alexia wasn’t amused. “F*ck you, Stephanie,” Alexia said. “Well, I have a name. My name’s Alexia.” Yikes!
