Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador have hit a rough patch, and a text exchange might be to blame. When this text battle is revealed soon on Real Housewives of Orange County, we’ll learn that Tamra’s all-in for Alexis Bellino’s newest relationship with John Janssen, aka Shannon’s ex. Shannon truly comes across as if she could care less about John. Yet, her entire cast keeps bringing his name up, including Alexis.
On Shannon’s end, she’s the most pressed about Alexis’ ex-husband’s former defamation lawsuit. She and Tamra spent hundreds of thousands of dollars each in court fees and filings, fighting off Jim Bellino’s claims. That’s a lot of money. But even still, a small part of Shannon was annoyed when she first learned about John and Alexis’ pairing, and we’re about to see why on RHOC Season 18, Episode 2.

In the preview for Episode 2, we see the tail end of Episode 1’s fight. Here, Alexis wanted to talk about John. In contrast, Shannon wanted to clear the air on Jim. Alexis storms back inside, telling Heather Dubrow that Shannon “literally wants to keep bringing up only the lawsuit.”
Alexis doesn’t want to talk about Jim’s lawsuit. Instead, she’s claiming she had no part in Jim’s filings. She only needs Shannon to hear her on one thing. John is hers, and soon, we will all see how great of a man he is.
Shannon’s bank account is now on red, however, post-lawsuit. So that’s why her mind’s focused on this topic. But this conversation died, so we’re now getting a new fight.
Still coming down from her failed chat with Shannon, in the preview, Alexis tells Tamra that being around John’s ex is “weird for her” too. The scene then cuts to Tamra’s confessional. “I still care about her [Shannon],” Tamra states, adding, “When Alexis finally came out and said she was dating John, I absolutely felt for Shannon.” Text messages are provided by production, showing Shannon thanking Tamra for reaching out.
But then, we see Shannon in her confessional, revealing that “Tamra Judge not only liked the photo [of Alexis and Jim], but she also put the applause emojis as a comment and I said ‘WTF?’” After Shannon saw this, she texted Tamra again, saying “You would never see me posting applause emojis.” Unphased, Tamra texted back “Grow the f*ck up.”
Well, yikes.
