Although their music is influenced by the past, their songs are 100 percent relevant in today’s music market. Their songs “The Eyes of 1969”, “My Impala”, “Rachel Rachel” and others have been featured on KISS FM radio and have all widely impacted YouTube. Led by frontman, lead guitarist, lead vocalist and lead songwriter John Gitano, the faction sells out NYC live venues and in fact will be performing at Chelsea Table & Stage November 15, 2024.
Most recently the band has been nominated in several categories by the Josie Music Awards in Nashville at the Grand Ole Opry on October 27, 2024. The Josie Music Awards are the biggest, most prestigious, most revered events in association with the independent music industry.
John Gitano is supported by vocalist Adrienne Dugger, guitarist Neal Lazar, bassist Nelson Montana, acoustic guitarist Patty Jarman, and drummer Josh Salant. All of the members are accomplished musicians in their own right and share musical influences of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. Their live shows are an extravaganza of fun, dancing in the aisles, and pure joy. THE AMERICAN RELICS will be announcing a new band member on the keys shortly……
