The Most Intense 90 Day Fiancé Christmas Moments

90 Day Fiancé is one of the most diverse reality franchises on television. The 90 Day Fiancé shows feature couples from various religious, racial, and ethnic backgrounds. While many of the show’s couples deal with unique situations each season, there are plenty of relatable moments as well. These include the various holiday celebrations of the couples, with many of these involving Christmas.

Through its ten years on the air, the 90 Day Fiancé franchise has featured some intense Christmas moments. The couples often get into fights over one thing or another on the holidays, and more often than not, their families get involved. These three moments in particular take the cake for being the most dramatic!

Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa’s White Elephant gift exchange didn’t go as planned

The most chaotic 90 Day Fiancé Christmas moment occurred between Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa’s families. During 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? In season 6, the former couple put a White Elephant gift exchange together for their families. Asuelu was in charge of the gifts and didn’t disappoint. He got everything from fart spray to spam to a pack of toilet paper. The latter was inspired by 2020 of course!

Asuelu’s mom and sister were originally excited to see the gifts but things quickly went south. After the White Elephant, Asuelu presented a special gift to Kalani. The present was a baby blanket, signifying that he wanted to have more kids. Kalani was shocked, as she had just told Asuelu she didn’t want kids for the time being. Asuelu’s mom then butted into the conversation and told her son that he should find a new wife to have more kids.

This started a huge fight as Asuelu jumped to defend his wife. Kalani’s sister also got involved and told Asuelu’s family to stop yelling. Asuelu’s sister got up and looked like she wanted to start a physical altercation but Asuelu grabbed her before she could. Asuelu escorted his screaming mother and sister outside, while Kalani was left in tears. Talk about Christmas chaos!

Gino Palazzolo gave Jasmine Pineda an interesting Christmas present

Gino Palazzolo and Jasmine Pineda first met during Christmas week on 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days Season 5. After meeting online, Gino flew to Panama to spend Christmas and New Years with Jasmine.

On Christmas morning, Jasmine was eager to give Gino the gifts she had specially picked out for him. She gave him a t-shirt that read “I love my crazy Panamanian girlfriend”. Of course, Jasmine had her own shirt that said, “I’m the crazy Panamanian girlfriend”. Jasmine also surprised Gino with a customized throw pillow with the phrase “If you miss me, hug this pillow.” Jasmine’s gifts may have been a little cheesy but it was clear she put thought and effort into them.

After giving Gino his gifts, Jasmine asked for hers. Gino admitted that Jasmine’s Christmas gift had been an electric toothbrush he had given her when he arrived. Jasmine was understandably disappointed, as she was expecting a little more from Gino. I’ve seen some pretty weird Christmas gifts but a toothbrush certainly tops the list.

Yara Zaya kicked Jovi Dufren’s family out early during their Ukrainian Christmas celebration

Jovi Dufren and his wife Yara Zaya made their first Happily Ever After? appearance during Season 6. The couple had a few disagreements throughout the season but one stood out above the rest. To celebrate Ukrainian Christmas, Yara decided to invite some of Jovi’s family members to join the festivities. Since Yara was still adjusting to not being home in Ukraine for the holiday, this seemed like a sweet gesture at first.

Yara didn’t intend to host the family for long, however, and asked them to leave only two hours after they arrived. Her reasoning behind this was that she and Jovi’s daughter Mylah needed to sleep. Jovi and his family were both shocked by this and Jovi seemed embarrassed by Yara’s request. The fact that his family had driven two hours to see them made the matter even worse. While Yara might not have had a bad intention, her delivery did come across as pretty rude.
