Happen to miss last year’s Poohniverse film, Bambi: The Reckoning? Well, we have good news, because the horror film will be exclusively streaming on Peacock this March! Thank you to our friends at Bloody Disgusting for the heads up.
The film arrives on the service on March 27th.
In Bambi: The Reckoning, “After a mother and son get in a car wreck, they soon become hunted by Bambi, a mutated, grief-stricken deer on a deadly rampage seeking revenge for the death of his mother.”
Dan Allen directed Bambi: The Reckoning from a script written by Rhys Warrington. Rhys Frake-Waterfield and Scott Chambers (Winnie-The-Pooh: Blood and Honey 1 & 2) produced the film, with Stuart Alson and Nicole Holland serving as executive producers.
Roxanne McKee (Game of Thrones), Nicola Wright (Winnie-The-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2), Russell Geoffrey Banks (Who’s Watching Oliver), Tom Mulheron (Slow Horses), and Samira Mighty (Love Island) star.
In her review for the film, Meredith Jill Brown called it a, “terrifying tale with pure magic”.
