In between planning the wedding-of-the-century, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift enjoyed a romantic getaway earlier this month. And he just revealed details of their “pretty fun” trip to New York City.
Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift had “fun” in NYC
On this week’s New Heights podcast episode, Travis gave fans an insight into the trip he recently took to NYC. “I got a little bit out of the house, went to New York,” he told his brother, Jason Kelce. “It was pretty fun.”
As for what the footballer got up to, Travis said he “hung out, put the feet up, saw some cool places, ate some great food and got to feel the Big City in its electricity and buzz.”
Travis added, “It’s cool to just kinda vibe around the city like that. I think it’s one of my favorite things to do in New York, just be one with the city and just kinda walk the streets and feel the electricity.”
As for who he felt that electricity with, it was, of course, Taylor. While Travis didn’t explicitly mention his wife-to-be during the episode, they were photographed together several times in NYC. So it’s safe to assume they took the trip together.
On November 5th, for example, Travis and Taylor were photographed arriving hand-in-hand at The Polo Bar in Manhattan. The next night, they were spotted out again, this time at one of Taylor’s favorite restaurants, Zero Bond.
Speaking to Page Six at the time, Bachelorette’s Jason Tartick said he was sitting next to the pair for “two hours” at the restaurant. As well as describing the pair as “f*cking adorable,” Jason said Taylor has an “electricity” and “glow” about her.
“It’s like you just can’t stop looking at her,” he admitted.
