EXCLUSIVE: Next week for the first time ever, YouTube will stream all five Twilight films for free.
The Twilight movies will stream on a loop from Sept. 7 at 12:00 PM PT through September 14 at 11:59 PM PT on Lionsgate’s official Twilight YouTube channel, which can be found here.
The free streaming event is part of the build-up to the theatrical re-release of the Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart movies by Lionsgate and Fathom Entertainment this October, which is part of the 20th anniversary celebration of the publication of the first Twilight novel.
Lionsgate’s Twilight YouTube channel recently relaunched due to growing fan demand, featuring special clips and bonus content. Lionsgate leverages its current and library titles on digital platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat and X.
The Twilight Saga is one of the most successful young adult film franchises of all time with the five titles (Twilight, The Twilight Saga: New Moon, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Parts 1 & 2) grossing more than $3.3 billion at the worldwide box office. The films were adapted from Twilight creator Stephenie Meyer’s acclaimed series of books that won multiple awards, sold over 160 million copies worldwide and were translated into 49 different languages. Lionsgate’s TV adaptation of Stephenie Meyer’s novel Midnight Sun has been picked up to series at Netflix.
