Wheel of Fortune hostess Vanna White is known for keeping her family life private. This made it all the more surprising when the star shared a rare family photo of her family for the holidays. This also notably comes out after the star made headlines after her son made a rare appearance in a recent Instagram video.
Vanna White Sent Out A Sunny Holiday Card To Fans
White is best known as the co-host of Wheel of Fortune, having been part of the game show since 1982. For years, she worked alongside Pat Sajak and currently co-hosts the game show with Ryan Seacrest.
Over the years, White is known for keeping her family life relatively private. However, she recently gave fans a look into her life with a post shared days after Christmas.
As noted by The Express U.S., White shared a photo styled like a holiday card on Instagram. She appeared with her boyfriend, John Donaldson. Her children with ex-husband, George Santo Pietro, Gigi and Nikko, were also included in the snapshot.
In the caption, White wrote, “Merry Christmas to you and your family Vanna,” which she paired with heart and holiday-themed emojis. While some expect a winter wonderland at Christmas, White and her family were smiling amid a backdrop of palm trees.
Many fans shared their thoughts with the star. One wrote, “Beautiful family! Your daughter has your same smile!”
The Star Also Recently Shared A Video Ahead Of New Year’s Eve

This wasn’t the only holiday-themed post White recently shared with fans. In another recent post, she shared a silent video ahead of New Year’s, where she walks into a room with co-host Ryan Seacrest with “2025” sunglasses. The video then cuts to White wearing a similar pair of sunglasses herself, joining in on the fun.
As White wrote in the caption, “We’re looking forward to a new year.” The video, which was also shared by Seacrest, notably pokes fun at his hosting duties for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.
As previously reported, Vanna’s son Nikko also previously made headlines when he appeared in one of her Instagram videos. At the time, it was also noted that this was also a rare glimpse into the star’s family.
After the post, Nikko received a multitude of complimentary comments over his appearance. He and his mother even appeared on an episode of Entertainment Tonight, where they talked about the viral video. At the time, Nikko notably described the situation as “flattering.”
