Why Kim Zolciak’s Daughter Brielle Biermann Didn’t Spend Christmas With Her Mom

Why Kim Zolciak’s Daughter Brielle Biermann Didn’t Spend Christmas With Her Mom

Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak usually spends Christmas with her daughter, Brielle Biermann. However, that wasn’t the case this year. Yet, the mother-daughter duo isn’t feuding and didn’t have a falling out.

Thankfully, Brielle and Kim spent time together ahead of Christmas. Additionally, Brielle is engaged to baseball player Billy Seidl. So, the couple juggled plans to see both of their families. This apparently led to Kim not seeing her daughter’s smiling face on Christmas Day. Instead, Kim welcomed her daughter and future son-in-law ahead of the holiday to celebrate.

In a video shared via her Instagram Story, Brielle explained the situation. “I love coming to my mom’s house for ‘Christmas,’” Brielle said as she and Billy cooked up a storm inside Kim’s kitchen in her new home. “We leave tomorrow, and we’re gone for Christmas.” Apparently, Kim and Billy were going skiing in Colorado with Billy’s family. Then Kim chimed in, yelling, “First time, ever!”

Hilariously, her mom’s comment confused Brielle. “This is not my first time here,” she stated. “No, your first time not being here for Christmas,” Kim replied.

“Oh yeah. My first time not celebrating Christmas with my mom in 28 years. So, you’re lucky you at least had at least 28 years with me,” the Don’t Be Tardy alum responded. So, how did the family celebrate? With a delicious feast at home.

Further, Brielle said, “We’re making dinner. Got the homemade sauce going, the meatballs, Billy’s on garlic bread. And all Kim has to do is drink her wine.” Well, that sounds pretty on-brand.

Meanwhile, spending time with her family was probably a welcome respite for Kim. Before Christmas, the former RHOA peach received a decidedly unmerry new tax bill totalling a whopping $1.3 million.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta is streaming on Peacock.
