Fans Blast Chris Combs For Alleged Dog Abuse
Chris Combs has always had Tammy and Amy’s backs. Fans love how he’s always there for his sisters, no matter what. However, his reputation as an upstanding citizen took a hit after what one fan spotted on a recent episode. An engaged fan took to a 1000-lb Sisters Facebook group to call Chris Combs out for alleged dog abuse.

- “Just changed my opinion on Chris…… they showed his dog chained outside with a doghouse. Snow and mud around it. These people in this world suck.”
Other fans chimed in that they also saw the chained-up dog and were upset.
- “I saw that poor animal and wanted to go get him, why have a dog if he’s chained outside”
- “I hate that! If you’re dog is going to be chained up outside, don’t get one!”
- “Made me look at him them differently. So SAD”
- “I saw that too, it’s ridiculous. I’ve never seen it in the house.”
- “I saw that too, was that his or the neighbor’s, either way, F NO!!”
Chris Combs and his sisters live in Kentucky. Several people in the comments argued that keeping dogs outside is normal for the South.
- “Guess some of you guys aren’t from the country. Besides not everyone has house dogs”
- “Animals are meant to be outside”
- “plenty of people have outside dogs.”
- “Y’all getting mad over a dog being outside on a chain some of y’all need to grow TF up”
The debate raged in the comments whether dogs belong indoors or chained up outside. But the arguing may have been for nothing. Multiple fans said that Chris Combs’ wife, Brittany, had commented on another post online that it wasn’t their dog or their yard.
But viewers are starting to see Chris Combs in a new light this season after he claimed that his weight gain was all muscle. Do you think fans overreacted about the chained-up dog? Tell us in the comments.
