Kim Menzies is known for her time on 90 Day Fiance. Her son, Jamal Menzies, has also been on the show. However, she is now on 90 Day Fiance: The Single Life as she tries to date again. Fans have been shocked by Kim this season. It has been revealed that she has two children whom she gave up for adoption when she was in her early twenties. However, the children did not know about each other. This has put a major strain on her and Jamal’s relationship as well.
She Shows Off Her Major Weight Loss And New Body
Kim Menzies has been working on becoming the best version of herself. Recently, she showed off her major weight loss and new body. She has lost 70 pounds. She revealed she did so by using GLP-1.
“Started at 260 and I’m now 190! Going to lose 10 more lbs and keep my maintenance going to keep it off! Teeth are next! Let’s go! Proud of myself for my journey. Never thought I’d be here!”
Kim started her journey with Semaglutide in January 2024. However, she has made a lot of progress since then.
“I learned that I don’t have to eat everything on my plate and to stay hydrated! I also started walking three or four times a week, resistance training and riding my elliptical bike.”
It seems as though Kim lost the weight by using GLP-1. There is no shame in using this, as a lot of people have. Kim was not ashamed to let people know how she lost the weight. However, she has been working out and eating healthier, too. However, fans are proud of how far she has come, as she seems to be working hard to make herself the best she can be.
