Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley Spends ‘Hardest Week’ Fighting Double Health Scare

Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley had the “hardest week” after spending time in the hospital. The Jersey Shore star opened up about battling two health issues in an emotional post. The star revealed the health issues came unexpectedly after months of feeling unlike herself.

Jenni’s diagnosis left her “fighting” through simultaneous appendicitis and kidney infection battles

Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley took to Instagram to share an emotional post about her difficult time in the hospital. The reality star opened up about her sudden fight with appendicitis and kidney infection.

She wrote, “Not the “first day of school” picture I wanted to post… but then again, I guess we wouldn’t have one. ❤️ This past week has probably been one of the hardest weeks of my life. I’ve spent every day fighting to get healthy enough to get home to my family while dealing with a horrible kidney infection and appendicitis.”

JWoww added that the issue “came out of nowhere,” although she has not been feeling herself for months.

She said, “Weight loss, exhaustion, constantly feeling off… and then last Friday, my body finally said, “We aren’t making it like this anymore.’”

The reality star shared a carousel of a video and photo featuring her children. She added, “Because no matter where I was, I was going to do my daughter’s hair for her first day. ?❤️ So we pivoted.”

According to Page Six, in the video she was seen combing her daughter’s hair while in a hospital gown. She also thanked her husband, Zack Clayton.

JWoww wrote, “And zackclayton made sure the kids were here extra early this morning so we could all be together. Didn’t get the picture in front of the house. We didn’t get the normal first-day morning. We got hospital bracelets, a hospital room, backpacks, hair supplies, and a memory I don’t think any of us will ever forget.”

She also addressed families who are facing grief and life-changing events as their kids go back to school. The reality star said, “For some families, something happened this summer that may have changed their lives forever. Some kids are walking into school carrying grief, illness at home, divorce, financial struggles, a new diagnosis, or something none of us can see.”

In a lengthy Instagram post, she urged everyone not to judge people. The reality star added, “You never know what someone is carrying behind closed doors. Our first-day picture looks a little different this year, but we have one. And right now, I’m incredibly grateful for that. ❤️.”

JWoww continues to thank the hospital team for supporting her throughout her appendicitis and kidney infection battles.
