They had to include the person they were dedicating the dance to in their routine. This made the dances even more special. Fans loved seeing this and how emotional everyone was.

Peta Murgatroyd has revealed that she wanted a contestant to go home on Week 5. However, she also explained why she felt this way.
“I was hoping for an elimination. Not like that’s a terrible thing to say, but someone’s got to go home. I know why they don’t because it’s a sad situation,”
Fans have been suspecting that this week is going to be a double elimination. However, it is unknown as of now if this is going to happen. Fans understand where Peta was coming from. However, they were still shocked that she was upfront about this and let everyone know her thoughts.
