Jon Bernthal’s acclaimed show returns for its final season, along with more new Hulu releases this week.
The fifth and final season of FX’s The Bear drops on Hulu on June 25. It follows Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto, played by Jeremy Allen White, as he steps away from the food industry to search for his identity outside the kitchen. With no money and a severe storm bearing down, the remaining crew comes together for one last service. Their goal is to save the restaurant and finally secure a Michelin star.
Hulu’s releases this week also include the Lifetime thriller Where Pretty Girls Die. Premiering on the same date, the 2025 film follows Sienna, a criminology student portrayed by Kim Sandwich. She teams up with Dillon Peyerk’s Tyler, and together they head to rural Georgia to investigate the disappearance of local girl Lexi Palmer.
Another Hulu highlight this week is Queens of the Dead, arriving on June 26. The 2025 campy horror-comedy from director Tina Romero centers on an overworked party promoter. She and her bickering crew of drag queens and club kids are forced to drop the drama when a slick, stylish zombie outbreak hits their Brooklyn warehouse party. To make it out alive, they’ll have to use every trick in their kit.
Meanwhile, reality fans can catch Naked and Afraid: Complete Seasons 12 & 14 on June 27. The Discovery Channel survival series drops two total strangers, usually one man and one woman, into the wild for 21 days. They have no clothes, no food, and no water, and must rely on each other to make it through.
