Fox News’ Jacqui Heinrich Is Attacked by Trump in Social Media Rant

    What To Know

    • Donald Trump blasted Fox News anchor Jacqui Heinrich, claiming she failed to challenge Democratic Congressman Ro Khanna.
    • Trump accused Fox News of undermining its credibility by featuring guests like Khanna and Bill Maher.
    • Heinrich was targeted by Trump for allegedly not disputing what he called “lies” from Democratic guests.

President Donald Trump let the world know he’s not happy with Fox News on Sunday (May 10), in particular, directing his attack on The Sunday Briefing co-anchor Jacqui Heinrich.

The rant came after Heinrich interviewed Ro Khanna (D-CA) on Sunday, with Trump claiming the senior White House correspondent was not “competent” enough to rebut the Democrat’s statements.

“You could listen to FoxNews all day long, absolutely devour it, but then, when you hear SLEAZEBAGS, like Congressman Ro Khanna, “a wolf in sheep’s clothing,” LIE, LIE, LIE, AND LIE AGAIN, without any pushback, or competent rebuttal from an anchor, in this case, Jacqui Heinrich, the entire Common Sense dialogue that has been going on all day at Fox is completely obliterated!” the president wrote on Truth Social.

He then turned his attention to Real Time host Bill Maher, whom Fox News often cites on its shows and website. “Why would Fox put SCUM like this on, or others, such as Low Rated Bill Maher, who gains “credibility” by constant referral to him as though he were a Liberal source of “Wisdom,”” Trump ranted.

“No matter how “Fair and Balanced” the day’s News at Fox may be, the end result is destroyed by professional Liars, Conmen, and Liberal, Crooked Politicians,” the president added. “This is why MAGA Republicans, who are actually close to 100% of the Party, hate Fox, despite the wonderful contributions made by so many of their great anchors and commentators. Hard to win Elections like this!”

In an earlier rant, Trump said that Khanna shouldn’t be allowed on Fox News unless the network had an anchor “who is capable of disputing his lies,” though he didn’t mention Heinrich by name.

“The Sleazebag, Radical Left Congressman from the failed State of California, Ro Khanna, should not be allowed on FoxNews unless you have an ‘anchor’ who is capable of disputing his lies, one after another, and closing down his FAKE (Bulls***!) narrative,” the president wrote.

He continued, “This morning he tried, on behalf of the Dumacrats, to take credit for the Steel Industry pouring back into the U.S., knowing full well that the Dumbs virtually destroyed it, and I SAVED IT, through strong Tariffs (PLUS!). Our Country was DEAD during the last “Administration,” and now it is hotter than ever before.”

This isn’t the first time Trump has blasted Heinrich. Back in March, he wrote on Truth Social, “I watched Jacqui Heinrich from Fox over the weekend and I thought she was absolutely terrible. She should be working for CNN, not Fox. Not surprisingly, I later found out that she’s a fan of the White House Correspondents Association!”

Heinrich joined Fox News in 2018, starting out as a general assignment reporter in New York City. After covering the 2020 presidential election, she was promoted in 2021 to White House correspondent covering the Biden administration. She also regularly featured as a guest anchor on America’s Newsroom, America Reports, and Fox News Live.

In June 2014, Heinrich was promoted to senior White House correspondent, and in September 2025, it was confirmed that she would host a new show, The Sunday Briefing, as an alternating co-host alongside Peter Doocy.
