It can’t be easy being Kyle Cooke’s wife. Amanda Batula continually gets involved in her husband’s drama on Summer House, whether it’s normal friendship stuff or chaos related to Loverboy. Unfortunately for her, Season 9 is no different.
In the latest Summer House episode, Kyle put Amanda in the middle by feuding with her bestie Paige DeSorbo. Kyle is mad at comments Paige’s (ex) boyfriend Craig Conover and bestie Hannah Berner made about him, Loverboy, and his marriage. Paige didn’t take kindly to being put in the middle of a mess she didn’t make, and Kyle admitted his wrongdoings during his latest Watch What Happens Live appearance.

Andy Cohen wasted no time asking Kyle why he took his anger out on Paige. He admitted it was wrong of him to do, even though he considered it just “venting” in their friendship. “I obviously never thought that would be such a big point of contention,” Kyle explained.
Then, Kyle asked about the strain he put on Amanda and Paige’s friendship. “I felt horrible and I didn’t want to repeat that,” he said of involving Paige. However, when it comes to Craig and Hannah’s comments, Kyle still thinks he’s in the right. “I tried to be as respectful as I could,” he added. “But when my marriage and my business get brought up in the press and there’s a bunch of lies being spread, I kind of felt like I had a right to defend.”
Overall, Kyle essentially thinks Amanda and Paige’s friendship will be fine now that Craig isn’t in the picture. “When all of the Craig stuff went down, believe it or not, I was actually biting my tongue,” Kyle said. “I don’t have to anymore because I did that for Paige and Amanda.” If that was Kyle biting his tongue, we’d hate to see what he’s like totally speaking his mind.
