According to a report by 123telugu.com, the makers are eyeing March 29, 2024, as the official release date for its Telugu version. Moreover, it is being reported that Mythri Movie Makers are taking care of the film’s Telugu presentation. An official announcement regarding Manjummel Boys Telugu release date is currently awaited.

The movie narrates the incident which took place in 2006 in Guna Caves of Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu. A group of boys from Kerala visited the caves, also known as the Devil’s Kitchen, and one fell into it. As a result, one of the boys tied himself to a rope and went down the caves to rescue his friend. The mission was a success and a true testimony of their friendship. Helmed by Chidambaram, the film was bankrolled by Soubin Shahir under his Parava Films banner.
