During the interview, Longoria also reflected on her iconic Desperate Housewives character. She speculated that Gaby Solis would have become a fashion influencer today, saying, “Oh, Gaby? She’d be an influencer. She probably would have been the original fashion influencer.” The actress added, “And Bree too, Bree would have probably been the first Martha Stewart.”
The docuseries focuses on Longoria’s journey as co-owner of Mexican soccer club Club Necaxa. Necaxa is produced by Longoria along with Reynolds and McElhenney. It premiered on August 7 on FXX and followed a weekly release schedule. The season concludes on September 18.
