Heather Dubrow Found Emily Simpson’s Comments ‘Disturbing’

Heather Dubrow Found Emily Simpson’s Comments ‘Disturbing’

Heather Dubrow doesn’t take kindly to being accused of lying, as was seen during a recent episode of Real Housewives of Orange County. The Bravolebrity also isn’t happy about how some of her co-stars reacted to Katie Ginella’s accusations against her. Who could blame Heather for expecting more support from her friends, like Emily Simpson?

Heather values her reputation, and newbie Katie didn’t quite come prepared when she suggested she had proof that the RHOC veteran called the paparazzi during her trip to Disneyland.

Perhaps that surprised Heather less than what Emily had to say while watching the drama unfold.

In an August 2024 interview with Decider, Heather pointed out Emily and Tamra Judge’s comments during Season 18 Episode 4.

The duo seemed giddy about Katie’s claims that she could prove Heather indeed called the paparazzi during a trip to Disneyland with her husband, Terry Dubrow. During a confessional interview, Emily said she “would like Fancy Pants to actually get caught with her fancy pants around her ankles.”

In response, Heather said that she “love[s] Emily,” but was confused about the former lawyer’s comments. It seems that the mother-of-three does not want Heather “to succeed.”

“To hear Emily say that she was excited to see something, maybe bad, happen to me, see that I’m flawed — we’re all flawed. No one’s perfect. But the glee with which it was all said, it was very disturbing to me,” she explained.

Only after Heather put the RHOC newbie in her place did matters quiet down. Katie’s “proof” was hardly watertight, as the professional actress pointed out.

The confrontation hardly established anything, except that Heather and Katie won’t be friends this season.

Catch Real Housewives of Orange County Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
