Florence Pugh turned heads at the BFI London Film Festival in a lavender-and-silver gown that put her plunging corset in the spotlight. The actress attended the world premiere of “In the Shadows” in London on October 9, wearing a daring design from Wiederhoeft’s Spring 2027 collection.

Florence Pugh wore a look from designer Jackson Wiederhoeft’s Spring/Summer 2027 ready-to-wear collection, titled “Queens.” The collection was presented during New York Fashion Week in September 2026. Stylist Rebecca Corbin-Murray selected the embellished ensemble, which paired a structured lavender corset with a shimmering silver skirt.
The standout piece was the Wiederhoeft corset, featuring a plunging neckline and intricate crystal and floral bead embroidery across its bustier silhouette. Its delicate construction drew attention to the embellishments. Meanwhile, a single thin crystal strap connected the corset at the shoulder. The pale lavender silk-satin fabric contrasted with the sparkling details, creating a striking mix of softness and shine.
Below the corset, Pugh wore a fitted silver skirt that hugged her figure before falling into a long, sleek silhouette. Its metallic finish caught the light, complementing the crystals on the bodice and giving the gown a cohesive, high-shine effect.
She accessorized with a silver oval pendant necklace featuring diamonds and matching sparkling stud earrings. Altogether, the jewelry added extra brilliance without distracting from the corset’s distinctive construction.
Pugh’s beauty look balanced the statement gown with nude-toned makeup. She wore soft pink-nude lipstick that highlighted her defined cupid’s bow, along with a hint of cool pink blush. Defined brows and lashes completed the look, while a smooth matte finish kept the makeup understated.
Her blonde hair was styled half-up, with twisted sections pulled back into a small topknot while the remaining lengths fell loose down her back. To complement the glam look, glossy black coffin-shaped artificial nails, decorated with silver rhinestones and crystal accents, echoed the gown’s embellishments.
Meanwhile, she wore silver open-toe platform heels that completed the outfit, with a lavender pedicure adding a subtle coordinating detail. Pugh attended the premiere alongside her boyfriend Finn Cole, marking their official debut as a couple. To complement her look, Cole selected a classic brown suit for the occasion.
