Viewers watched Michelle ‘Puppy’ Deaton get released from prison on Love After Lockup. There was a lot of hope for her and she was able to reconnect with her inmate love, Amber Eggers. They were very close which was often hard for the men that they dated but they did what they could. Puppy started dating a man named Eric who was not even divorced and jeopardized her parole. She was supposed to be paroled at her mother’s home but stayed with Eric instead. He was dangerous and controlling, more so, did not even care if it risked Puppy’s safety.
Eric proposed to Puppy and she started planning a wedding to a married but separated man. Luckily, they ended up breaking up which was for the best but she ended up getting arrested in December 2023. She had violated her probation but Eric was also locked up at the same prison so that was interesting, to say the least. It was unclear what was going to happen with her at the time, if she would be released or held but it seems she was set free. Now, she is back behind bars, according to Starcasm.
So, what is Puppy’s crime? The Love After Lockup star is back in jail for possession of methamphetamine, theft by receiving stolen property, and controlled substances. Drugs were what initially had her behind bars and now she has returned. It is unclear how long she will be in prison, if there is bail set, and when her next court date is scheduled. As of now, this is all the information that is available. However, it does not look promising given she was just arrested less than a year ago.
